MY FAVOURITE BOOK
Today I´m going ro talk about my favourite book, Honestly I´m not a big reader however I can say I like the books related to painting or written by artist. I believe I don´t have a favourite book, because I like many books, one of this books is "Concerning the Spiritual in Art" by Wassily Kandinsky, this book compares the spiritual in the life of humanity to a pyramid; the artist has the mission to guide other to the top with his work, the tip of the pyramid are those few great artist. Tis book is the personal response of a painter to the difficulties of his office and to the need to draw a theoretical framework in which to support himself vitally and artistically. In this work Kandinsky presents his conceptual and philosophical approaches to art and his plastic trajectory.
I liked this book because it was the first book that I read when I arrived to university, on the other hand I liked the idea that one artist spoke from his experience.
I knew about this book by my drawing theacher who told me about it, and I picked it in the library of the facultyof arts of our university .
I think it´s been a long time since I read this book, likewise I can remember several things that have served me on this journey as a student of art.

Hi René! It looks interesting, I think it can be a good material to work. I only read extracts of "Punto y línea sobre el plano", of Kandinsky (I feel very ignorant at the moment) , but this kind of books are to ask through all our carrer, and always, really.
